Balance diet plan for everyone...
* What is balance diet or healthy diet ?  
The combination of some food in our food list that provides us daily nutrition requirements.
Simple diet chart for normal & healthy man & woman.
After waking up-Take 1 hour Joga and meditate
Morning- tea (without milk & suger) / green tree, / coconut water / Lemon shirt - 150ml, 8-10 dry fruits.
Breakfast- 3-4 chapati ( roti ) / edli / sambar, vegetables, ghee, rice, boiled egg, lassi / milk, 
After breakfast- After 2 to 3 hoursof breakfast take fresh fruit 100- 150 grms ( Avoid Fruit Juices ).
Lunch- 2-3 chapati ( roti ), butter, paneer, vegetables, curd, salad ( 100-150 grms ), ghee, soup, fish, & one sweet.
Evening- Tea / green tea - 150ml (without milk & suger), chickpea ( chana ), fresh fruit ( avoid fruit juice ), 
Dinner- 1-2 chapati ( roti ), Pulses ( Dal ), vegetables, salad 100-150 grms, milk / Turmeric milk.
After dinner- Walk for a while after dinner & Go to bed after 2 hours.

* Drink water after 30 minutes to have food.
*Drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day.
