Recipe - 1- paneer (fried) 2- peas (boiled matar) 3- bean (boiled) 4- potatoes (boiled) 5- carrot (boiled) 6- Cauliflower (boiled gobi) 7- green chilli (chopped) 8- onion (chopped) 9- butter 10- ginger paste 11- cumin paste (Jira) 12- garlic paste 13- salt (as per taste) 14- turmeric powder Let's start 1- pour some cooking oil on frying pan 2- add cumin & fry 3- add onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli, some potatoes & fry (medium flame) 4- let cool it down 5- then mixed properly at mixture machine Your gravy is ready 6- then pour some butter on fry pan 7- add potatoes, cauliflower, carrot, bean, peas & fry it properly 8- then add paneer & mixture gravy & fry it 9- add salt, turmeric & fry 10- after one minute (1 minute) later 11- add some water ( as required) & covered it 12- after ten minutes (10 minutes) your yummy food will be ready...😋😋
