Cabbage Manchurian
Recipe-1- boiled & chopped canbege (Gobi)
2- flour (mayda)
3- chopped onion
4- chilli
5- capsicum (chopped)
6- carrot ( boiled & chopped)
7- soy sauce
8- turmeric (haldi) powder
9- venigar
10- salt ( as per test)
11- cooking oil
12- chilli sauce
13- tomato sauce
14- black paper (as per test)
15- garlic paste (as required)
1- at first pour some flour on a bowl
2- add salt, black paper & mix it
3- then add boiled & chopped cabbage, carrot
4- apply some water & mix it properly
5- have to make Dow
6- then you have to make it like a small ball by hand👉
7- The ball should be well oiled ( fry it properly - low flame)
8- then pour some cooking oil on fry pan (medium flame)
9- add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, salt, chilli, garlic paste, turmeric powder & fry
10- few minutes later add soy sauce, venigar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, black paper & fry
11- you can also use some flour for gravy ( as per required)
12- after ten minutes (10 minutes) later add some water and pour fried Manchurian ball & covered it ( low flame)
13- after few minutes later your delicious Manchurian dish will be redy to eat.
