Alu posto

Recipe- 1- potatoes (chopped)
2- Poppy seed paste (khus khus, posto Dana)
3- garlic paste ( not mandatory)
4- ginger paste (not mandatory)
5- green chilli (chopped)
6- cariander leave (chopped)
7- cooking oil
8- salt (as per taste)
9- cumin paste
10- turmeric powder
11- onion paste ( not mandatory)

1- at first pour some cooking oil on frying pan
2- then pour the potatoes (medium flame)
3- add cumin paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, green chilli, salt, onion paste, turmeric powder,
4- at last add Poppy seed paste & cariander leave,
and fry it properly
5- then add some water and covered it (low flame)
6- after 15 minutes later your simple alu posto will be redy.
